There’s magic in those everyday moments and you deserve to be in those photos. You deserve to see the beauty in this life you’ve created.
Let's document the crazy, beautifully ordinary days of your life and all those not so little moments in between— The way their hand fits into yours... the tousled curls and messy bedhead... their unending curiosity... their wide-eyed smiles... and the way they feel nestled asleep on your chest. This is your permission to push pause on the chaos... to hold them a little longer... to let them eat the ice cream or stay up past their bedtime... to flirt with your spouse.

hi... it’s me
I’ve never been a big ‘everybody smile for the camera’ kind of girl. In fact, I can promise you a few things about your session right now...
1) I’m not going to ask you to ‘say cheese’... You’ll often hear me telling you NOT to look at me during a session! I want you to be wrapped up in each other... in the moment... in all the dancing and twirling... the loving and playing... and in all the endless snuggles. I want to capture the moments you didn’t even realize were happening- the way your child looks at you when you brush the hair from their face, the way they wrap their tiny hand around yours and melt into you as you pull them in close.
2) I’m probably going to make you cry... in a good way! I truly believe that something magical happens when we spend time together. To be invited into your space or along to your favorite places- whether it’s for a family session & film or to document your birth- creates a realness that can’t be found elsewhere. And when you get your photos & film back... we’ll cry happy tears... together!
3) We’re just going to have fun! Photo sessions aren’t supposed to be about smiling for an Instagram moment. They’re meant to capture the feelings & emotions of the season of life you’re in right now. It’s raw and vulnerable... and incredibly breathtaking to see the stories that unfold.
